Basis
Place and legal base for the purchacing act is Finland, EU (Chamber of Commerce Tampere). The products and deliverables fulfill the requirements of finnish law. By purchase confirmation the customer declares his consens with these terms.
Shipment methods, estim. durations & prices:
Fetch:
0
EUR, duration typ. 0..3 weeks from order.
Parcel shipment or equivalent:
Depending on availability, parts may be shipped either directly from
supplier or from Finland stock. In case you would like to use a different method to receive your ordered goods, let us know.
Low order fee:
To keep prices low for our customers in the long term, we
have cost-optimized our goods and stocking system. Our bandwidth of
products is enourmous, but not all items can be kept in Finland stock
at all times. In particular orders of low value <100Eur usually mean
increased effort per item. Therefore we reserve the right to add 10Eur
Low order fee to such orders or even to decline the order,
depending on the case. Usually, special price items or items available
in Finland stock are excluded from this extra fee. Any applied
low order fee will be confirmed beforehand. In case of any questions
(i.e. about stock status) we recommend you to contact us via email
before placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment methods:
Prepayment to account (IBAN+BIC/SWIFT).
Paypal Money transfer. Cash at Fetch (only available for
registered, returning customers).
Invoice (only available for
registered, returning company customers).

Warranty:
Warranty on all Visaton products: 3 years Warranty on all DSPeaker products: 12 months
Right of free return:
For unused goods returned within 14 days after
receiving, in unaltered condition and with original packing, consumers will receive back the value of purchased goods.
According to EU Distance Selling Directive, we reserve the right to retain
compensation in justified cases, for example when the goods are altered or
modified to such extend that further use or resale, is severely impaired or
impossible.

protection. It is applied also for our business interactions with consumers inside EU countries.

Conditions for trade outside EU or between companies need to be agreed on a case-to-case basis. Please contact us with any questions beforehand for any order.
We
will at any time do our best to deliver in agreed manner. However we
are not responsible for delays, loss or damages of items caused by
the carrier, by higher force, strike, illness, death, natural desasters
or any damage caused in result of those.
Any right of free return is
excluded unless agreed separately. In case delivered items are wrong by
our mistake or obvious quality problem (defects or malfunction when
delivered), we will aim to compensate in appropriate manner. For any
action related to those, please contact us in advance.
General laws Finland apply. Place of arbitration is Chamber of Commerce, Tampere.
